Transportation Planning

The primary role of St. Clair County Transportation Study (SCCOTS) is to facilitate the development of a coordinated, countywide transportation system.

This is accomplished by managing a planning process in which representatives from all levels of government, as well as interested civic groups and members of the general public, are encouraged to participate.
