There's lot of ways to participate in Earth Fair!

Schools

In 2008, we expanded to include school field trips. Earth Fair is geared towards 3rd - 5th graders and is free to all students and chaperones. Students should bring their own lunch. Picnic tables are provided. We recommend at 1:6 chaperone to student ratio. Children may want to bring some spending cash. Groups should plan to stay for 2-2.5 hours.

Exhibitors

Registration deadline for the 2009 Fair closes on March 6th. Non-profits, for-profits, schools, clubs, youth clubs, artists, institutions, private companies, individuals and governmental agencies that support the Earth Fair mission are encouraged to pariticipate. Those planning to sell products are charged a $25 registration fee, all others pay $10. Tables, chairs, water and electricity are provided. Space is limited to two tables. There is an option to set up indoors or outdoors. Exhibitors must participate in both days of the fair. An activity/ demonstration/ hands-on component is required at your booth. You may also provide informational brochures, samples, free give-aways, materials and products.

Visitors

Earth Fair is great for children and families. Stop by anytime during the weekend and stay for an hour or stay for three! Be sure to bring your camera to capture all the moments your child will be engaged in play and learning, as well as some spending cash - there are lots of goodies to buy ranging from $1 - $50.

Volunteers

We rely on volunteers to help make our event run smoothly. They are the key to our success! You may sign up for a 3-hour shift at anytime during the 2-day event. There are many different tasks and assignments available depending on your interest. Master Gardeners will recieve volunteer hours for time spent at Earth Fair.
