CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FINAL ST. CLAIR COUNTY NSP3 ABBREVIATED ACTION PLAN, approved by the St. Clair County Board of Commissioners and submitted to HUD. The county received no public comments during a 15-day public comment period that started February 10, 2011 and ran through February 24, 2011.  There were no changes from proposed Abbreviated Action Plan that was published on the county website during the public comment period.
